Since 2019 we were born digital without dehumanizing our recruitment and career development processes.

Our creator, Angie Alvarez decides to give an independent life to the recruitment service that was regularly provided by HR Opportunity.

It is on this date that SCOUTER was born with the purpose of giving you a break from operational and time-consuming tasks, so that you can focus your efforts on strategic Human Resources management objectives for your company.

Our philosophy is to take care of your employer brand and the candidate’s experience, for this we use technology as a means and we do not dehumanize the process.
